BBQ: A Must-Do in Hokkaido Summer!

Nothing says summer in Hokkaido quite like a BBQ with family and friends.

Enjoy the fresh Hokkaido air while grilling your favourite meats and vegetables, sharing good food, and spending relaxed time together outdoors. A BBQ is one of the best ways to experience the simple pleasures of a Hokkaido summer.

Pick Up Your BBQ Essentials in Kutchan

We recommend buying your main BBQ supplies in Kutchan, where supermarkets such as MaxValu and LUCKY offer a good selection of meat, vegetables, drinks and other ingredients. DCM Kutchan is also a convenient place to pick up BBQ supplies and firewood.

For a quick top-up, Seicomart in Makkari is just a 10-minute drive from the property. It has a selection of meat, vegetables, drinks and everyday essentials, making it a convenient option if you only need a few things or have forgotten something.

Stock up in Kutchan for your main shop, or simply pop into Makkari Seicomart for anything you need during your stay.

Keep the Evening Going Around the Fire

After your BBQ, why not gather around the fire pit and enjoy the cool summer evening?

Relax with your family or friends, share stories, and take in the peaceful atmosphere of the Hokkaido countryside. It’s the perfect way to end a summer day.

Good food, great company, and the fresh air of Hokkaido.
Come and create your own unforgettable summer memories.
